Tauranga  Arts Festival Mid - late October held over Labour Day weekend. Expect a good line-up of Kiwi theatre, music, art, dance alongside a host of community events.

 Tauranga Moana Seafood Festival. The flavours of the coastal Bay of Plenty with live entertainment.

The season runs in the summer season usually from November to April.  Racing commences at 7pm and finishes at 10pm (gates open from 5pm).
